Dispute Resolution Mechanisms
In the current scenario, resolving conflicts outside the judicial arena often guarantees that personal and commercial relationships are broken definitively. VMB is currently an arbitrator and mediator (list B) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce in the specialties of commercial law and financial law.
